High Performing Teams must have a clear and collective understanding of purpose, a structure and process that supports that purpose, and team dynamics that allow for effective interpersonal interactions.  Each of the three areas impacts the other two and so it is important to consider all three in any team development initiative. Please note that any team development process is a journey and while we would expect each individual session to have stand-alone value, team development is most effective when supported over time.
